TeeInsights is a service operated by TeeGecko LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. All references to "we," "our," and "us" refer to TeeGecko LLC, the owner and operator of TeeInsights.com.
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using TeeInsights ("Service," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use our Service.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
Some aspects of our Service require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees charged to your account based on the pricing and billing terms presented when you subscribe.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you select. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew for additional periods equal to the original subscription term.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not receive a refund for any prepaid fees.

4.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TeeInsights and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TeeInsights.
4.2 Your Content
Users are solely responsible for the content they generate, upload, or use within the TeeInsights platform. By using the service, users affirm that they have the legal right to use any images or input they provide. TeeGecko LLC does not review user inputs or outputs for legal compliance and disclaims all responsibility for any copyright infringement or misuse of third-party intellectual property.
TeeInsights may allow users to upload images or visual references for the purpose of generating new content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any image, file, or input you provide does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. You may not upload, replicate, or attempt to recreate any trademarked, copyrighted, or otherwise protected work that you do not have rights to use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating this policy.
By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through our Service ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with providing the Service.

You acknowledge and agree that TeeInsights shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TEEINSIGHTS AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
NEITHER TEEINSIGHTS NOR ITS SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS MAKE ANY WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TEEINSIGHTS, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (iii) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (iv) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TeeInsights and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or cancel your subscription through your account settings.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be settled by good faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to settle the dispute by mediation administered by a mutually agreed upon mediator.
If you believe that any content generated, uploaded, or displayed through the Service infringes on your copyright, you may submit a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notification to us.

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it is located on the Service.
Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
We reserve the right to remove allegedly infringing content without prior notice and to terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
